Conditions of appointment
The incumbent of position must obtain and maintain SECRET security clearance.
The incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019-R (condition of employment for Certain Positions Identified as Critical under the Drug Abuse Testing Program)
Must pass urinalysis test
One year: supervisory probation period.
Qualification:-
Degree: So must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting; or a degree in a related field such as business administration, finance, or public administration that included or was supplemented by 24 semester hours in accounting. The 24 hours may include up to 6 hours of credit in business law. (The term accounting means “accounting and/or auditing” in this standard. Similarly, “accountant” should interpret, generally, as “accountant and/or auditor.”)
