IELTS Results

There is no need to wait for your IELTS results. The results are available online and you can preview after 13 days of taking the test. The candidates have to take the test on the online registration system. They are able to see their results for 28 days as the results will remain available for this period of time.
They receive the email of the Test Report Form and IELTS score copy 13 days after the test date. The candidates should wait at least seven days for the delivery. The result does not disclose through email or over the phone.

Institutions Receiving The Report Form

The institutions that candidates apply to receive the test report form. There should be original copies of the Test Report Form (TRF) of the candidates because Photocopies are not acceptable.
The institutes may receive five additional copies of TRF of the candidates. The candidates have to provide the full postal address of the institution. If candidates fail to do so, they may not be able to view their results after even after the IELTS results are submitted electronically. If the candidates cannot see the results online, they have the option to receive TRF by post.

IELTS Results Copies

The institute may request Test Result Forms (TRFs) upon request. For this purpose, they, they have to pay a fee and IELTS results will be available for two years. If candidates require courier service, then they have to pay more for this service.

The candidates have to send the Additional TRF form to their respective test centers after downloading. If in case the test center of the candidate is closed, they have to request additional test report forms.
The candidates fill in the application form with the address of the institution for Additional TRF. The institution then receives it directly. It requires the processing time if 10 days.

In addition to this, Candidates may have to face the circumstances and their TRFs may get damaged and lost. Hence, in such a case, they can request up to two additional TRFs without providing any reason. However, they have to make the submission in writing to the center on the test day. Moreover, they have to provide a copy of the ID document and proof of fee payment.

The Score Information

The candidates get the score from 0-9 for every section of the test. Hence, each score explains proficiency in English.
The score is for all the four skills like Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking. It makes the overall band score. The candidates get the whole band scores or half band scores.

Remarking Of The Test

If your score is not up to your expectation, you can apply for an Enquiry on Results (EOR). This is remarking and for this, you have to make a request at your test centre. The candidates also have to pay a fee for this service. The candidates get the refund for that fee if their score increase. However, the candidates cannot apply for rechecking six weeks after the test date.
