Reports show that a powerful Earthquake in Seattle Area with a magnitude of 4.7 affects Seattle and Western Washington very badly on Friday morning.
Moreover, this earthquake took few lives and yet 25 people are in local as well as private hospitals. Some of them are in severe condition.
The earthquake causes at least $1 billion damage and thousands of people fled the area leaving their homes alone. This intense earthquake destroys schools and offices in the western coast.
Not only people, but the earthquake also rattles up the three lakes of Washington state. Hence, the region, also taken up by daytime aftershocks of magnitude 3.5.

Washington has faced earthquakes, but this was eventually the region’s big quake. Reports also show that the earthquake was relatively shallow and nearly 14 miles beneath the surface of Earth.
Further reports show that after the aftershocks, a much larger earthquake was in the direction to the Canadian border. Many people in Bellingham report feeling quake shakes and buildings sway.

In the region of Arlington, Washington a twenty-year-old student reports that he was sitting on his couch doing his school homework. All of a sudden, he hears a sharp sound from the ground like a stampede. He further says that he saw the bedroom television shaking for quite a long time.
Leah, who lives in the neighborhood to Seattle says that she wakes up from the bed. Afterward, she realizes that the bed was shaking and her ceiling light bulbs moving. This shaking got worse.
Kennebec, a school going student reports that she was already phobic to earthquakes. Thus, when she hears the earthquake sound she got really scared. And she witnesses watching her room lamps moving.
Hence, safety precautions have been taken after the earthquake. People have been taken to safe locations and the earthquake area is under custody for some time.
