HR SPEC Military Job Requirements
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRE.
Selectee will be required to wear the military uniform.
Males born after 31 December 1959 must be registered for Selective Services.
Federal employment suitability as determine by a background investigation.
May be required to successfully complete the probation period.
Participation in direct deposition is mandatory.
Qualification:-
Military guard: E-4 (SPC)- E-7 (SFC)
COMPATIBLE MILITARY ASSIGNMENT: 42A
Education:-
Full 4 year course of study in any field leading to a bachelors’ degree, in an accredited college or university, meets the G-5 level requirement.
You must provide transcript or other educational documents for the proof of your education.
Experience:-
GENERAL EXPERIENCE: twelve month of experience, education or training which involve the exercise of ability, judgment and other responsibilities.
